The Hyatt Regency in Hong Kong was wonderful. Everything is five stars- location is close to the train and walking distance to Ave of the Stars. Services was impeccable and kind. The room was beautiful- modern, large, quiet, calm. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the window seat each morning, drinking coffee and looking out over the city. It is an oasis. No complaints, highly recommend.

Our Stay at the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui was excellent. We had room service from the Hyatt and most cost HK$75 and was just super fantastic. We had waffles to Dim Sum Combination to pancakes. If you have a Hyatt Gold Passport, you have a free cup of coffee or tea served with milk etc. The food at the Chinese Restaurant was good, we had lobster, abalones, it was just too good. However you must pay for the internet. Service was good, it was convenient as it was situated next to the Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui for easy access. It was great.

I stayed here on two separate occasions in one week during my visit to Hong Kong. The first was for a seminar my company sponsored for a group of international customers and the second was one night I stayed after coming back from Macau. Here are my thoughts:

Good:
- Check in was easy
- Quiet room (I had one on each side of hotel)
-Clean
-Bed comfortable
- Internet worked
-Buffet in the Cafe was good for all meals
-Staff tried to work hard
-Central Kowloon location in walking distance to the ferry to Hong Kong island

Not so good:
-No view, only other buildings
-There is a separate internet cost for each device. Why is it that the cheaper the hotel, the more services are for FREE and the more expensive, the more they want to nickel and dime for everything???
-Buffet was the SAME every day - nothing new. You would think that they would change things up but no.
-There were several people at the front desk who were eternally slow - I happened not to get them.

I would stay here again when I go back to Hong Kong; however, I think I may want to check out another hotel to find a view...

I spent a couple of days in HKG and stayed at the Regency. Great overall experience.
