This hotel is brand-new and located in the heart of Wanchai with a good connection to the Airport. It has easy access to transportation and just a hop, skip and a jump to SoHo and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre with all kinds of Shopping and Eating which you cannot pass up by any means when in Hong Kong. There is nothing thrilling or romantic about Lockhart Road but the hotel itself offers very clean and comfortable rooms with the latest air-purifier system and high quality sound insulation. The rooms have contemporary trendy design, 32-inch HD TV and iPod docking station. The staff is nice and friendly, basic service and a good value for the money. Early arrivals were accommodated fast at no extra charge. If you are on the budget and run, you'll enjoy a pleasant stay at this hotel!

Experienced the friendly hotel staffs compared with the previous trip i went two years ago. As I understand HK people do not provide friendly & good service to the customers but this hotel does! I strongly recommend this hotel to travellers. I travelled with another 2 friends and we had triple sharing room. We paid S$660 for total three nights. At first I thought the room was small, but it was still alright for me as I used it to compare with my previous trip to HK. Prompt customer service & friendly staffs let us have a comfortable stay during the trip.

Room tip: Clean, not noisy, safe. But the only thing is which need to be improved is the mirror. The room doesn't have proper mirror. You may choose to bring your own mirror.

I stayed at the Wifi Hotel after reading about it on TripAdvisor, knowing I was only in HK for one night and would barely be at hotel.

The experience was about what I expected - very basic service and a small room, but still reasonable value for money. The location is somewhat odd, in amongst a lot of shops for building products (tiles, kitchens, bathrooms etc) and not much else. As others have noted, it's also very easy to miss the entrance to the hotel as it is so small.

I found the bed quite hard, but I still slept okay, at least partly thanks to the Mandarin Oriental spa shortly beforehand! The room was mostly clean, although the shower looked "not new" in the tile grout, without being actually dirty. Also there was a single hair and some black specks of something (dirt?) in the sink; not really too bad, but it made me a bit sceptical about the quality of the cleaning generally. Also, the toilet took a really long time to refill, so it wasn't possible to flush more than once in ~30 minutes.

I was charged HK$500 additional deposit at checkin, and there was an inspection of the room carried out before I was allowed to leave, which I haven't experienced before. I guess at this price my service expectations were already low, so I put up with it. On the bright side, the lady at the reception was mildly helpful with advice for getting to the airport very early in the morning.

It is a great location and affordable for a double bed room. It is just 5 mins walk from the Causeway bay where you have shopping and Subway station. I recommend this Hotel if you want to stay at Hongkong side. The only thing that you will find it a bit of inconvenience is that the bathroom are transparent, No smiling faces, check in at 2PM only. So if u arrive early u have to wait till 2PM. You might wanna keep ur luggage at the lobby and go for a walk.

Room tip: If you are couple there will not be a problem with transparent Bathrooms but if you want privacy when two guys or two girls are checking into one room, then you might wanna ask for a closed bathroom not a transparent at the reception.
