My usual hotel whenever i'm in HK. Very conveniently located in TST and is walking distance to the train station & Canton road which is the Rodeo drive of Hong Kong. Good value for money and great service.

The staffs in Langham shoud be awarded the most friendly and efficient staffs in HK. You can tell that they genuinely are happy to have you stay in their hotel. The little touches like chocolates and fortune cookies (we stayed during Chinese New Year) are so charming.

The buffet breakfast selections were wonderful and of quality good. There were so many varieties, it was impossible to try them all, even though we had breakfast there for 5 days. We also dined at the same restuarant for dinner (ala carte) but found that the menu for room service more interesting. The ala carte menu was rather limited. However, the international buffet dinner looked interesting, unfortunately, we did not have a chance to try it.

I had massage once and found the standard very good. The masseur was quite talkative initially but she was professional enough to leave me alone once she got the massage underway.

The only reason why I am not rating this hotel excellent was with the flushing system in the toilet. Even though the engineers came to rectify, somehow the problem persisted. My other relatives staying in the other rooms have the same issue too so I guess it is not an isolated issue in one room.

In fact, this is one of the reason why I am choosing another hotel for my next visit in April, which is such a waste as the location and everything else was so good. But I may return to try the buffet dinner!

The Langham is a lovely hotel and has a great location next to Harbour City in TST.

As you would expect from a 5* hotel in Hong Kong the hotel has great facilities and excellent service.

Unfortunately whilst we were there the pool was closed for refurbishment. However the hotel informed us of this long before our stay so it was no surprise.

We did have to change rooms initially as our first grand langham room had a stale smell of smoke. Unfortunatley this was not the hotel's fault (as it is a non smoking hotel) but the fault of the previous guests who had ignored the ban.

Breakfast is very good (but busy) and the main street deli (american cuisine) is excellent.

The Langham HK smells good, looks good and is good! make sure you go for their Grand Rooms which is their latest room incarnation as these are certainly the best; some of their rooms have not been renovated for quite a few years and the decoration is very different. This hotel has had a few name changes over the years but the owner is the same and the management the same (of course different people over the years). Club access is by paying a fixed amount regardless of the room type you are in and to me this is money well spent if you enjoy breakfast and also a few drinks in the evening!
