We stayed at Pullman Central Park for 5 nights before proceeding to Bali. Location, adjoining Central Park mall was excellent. Jakarta for us was a shopping stopover and although we visited many other malls in Jakarta we found that everything could be found at our doorstep. Food is plentiful with most of Franchises represented and a variety of other restaurants. Service at hotel excellent and breakfast offers HUGE variety. Even sushi. Would recommend to those who would wish to avoid hustle and bustle of Jakarta.

- I like the design of the bathroom but the door can't be fully closed and no locks on the sliding glass door. People from outside the bathroom can see through. I totally understand that Pullman is trying to be westernish by designing the bathroom to be "open" but what could possibly hurt if Pullman decides to install some locks on the closet and bathroom.
- Another design flaw in the reception desk which is very tight and forms an L-shaped which can be cumbersome if the queue is 2 metres long.
- The air-freshener in the lobby makes us headache.
- The lobby is more like a museum rather than a hotel lobby
