good for business meet,spacious halls for conferences,number of restaurants to cater to different taste,well furnished with local wood work and paintings,the staff are very warm and friendly to take care of your safety ,security and hospitality.

I stayed this hotel during my official trip to Jakarta. However this hotel is little bit costly but still it is worth paying high charges due to nice services and room quality.
i stayed there for two days and had only breakfast and dinner, quality was very nice, i got indian veg food with real indian taste.
They have left a very good impression of service in my mind.

Hotel property is average, but well kept and very good service. Transportation from and to airport is perfectly arranged through hotel. SPA below average for the standard of the hotel, the treatment rooms were too cold, the overall treatment was ok.

I rarely find that a service or product will actually exceed my expectations. In the case of Four Seasons Jakarta, they managed to exceed my expectations and they have left a lasting impression of service excellence. I stayed for four nights in December 2011 in a Club Deluxe King Room. I will highlight why the hotel exceeded my expectations and I will emphasise points that other reviews seem to miss.
Room - the bathroom was well maintained with a huge shower and separate bath.
Service excellence - many staff would greet me by name and staff in the lobby were proactive in assisting guests. The concierge provided excellent assistance with shopping and movie information.
Gym - The gym was well equipped with a wide range of free weights, pin weight machines and cardio machines. I gym room is spacious, comfortable, suitably supervised and well maintained.
Executive Club - This spacious facility provided me with enough food and drink for breakfast and a light evening meal. The complimentary pressing service was an added bonus. The wireless internet was fast and easy to connect.
Restaurants - I ate at the Seasons Cafe for breakfast and dinner. The range of food was very impressive and all was prepared to a high standard. The selection of local dishes and Japanese dishes were especially delicious.
Overall - Yes I am returning to this hotel soon, and so far it is my favourite amongst the scores of hotels that I have stayed at in my life.
