ROoms were OK, not exceptional but worth the prize. Especially the location of the hotel suited us very well, not far from the Kraton (Sultan's palace) and many nice souvenir/batik shops. Also very convenient is the indoor passage to the Malioboro Mall!
For a traditional & crafts shopping holiday, the hotel is unmatched for convenience coupled with value. The rooms are clean but beginning to show their age. athe gym appears to have been an afterthought and needs to be enlarged and upgraded. The pool as well is small and poorly maintained. It is in need of a complete make-over. The buffet breakfast is pretty good food-wise, but again the facility is much to small and invariably packed, detracting from the pleasure of eating there. Your chain would be well served to take better care of this choice location.
very good hotel with reasonable value, taste of food is average. Parking area is too small, near mall and malioboro street. Easy to find local food. Traffic jam around the hotel during high season. Swimming pool is too small, and the depth was not suitable for 6 yrs child.
