Love the design and decor of the lobby, rooms and pool. But when it comes to service... I really hate it! They failed to deliver it right from the v basic! V appalled at how there is a charge of minimum $5 for plates and forks to be delivered to the room. Not asking for a glass of milk but simply, plates and forks! How can a hotel charge its guest for that? My impression of a hotel is to provide the basic amenities, plate and fork included. Next, back to the very first point of contact, when I checked in, the front office agent failed to provide a thorough explanation rgd internet charges which gave me the impression that it is free. I was simply told that to access the internet I simply had to key in the Internet access code which was written done on the card for me. Anyone would be under the impression that it's free. Of course, I could have asked to verify if there would be any charges. But the point I'm trying to drive at is the need for front office agents to always anticipate. Another issue I had is that for every device used to access the Internet there'd be an additional charge. For example, if u use two devices to access the Internet you will pay double. Ridiculous!! They waived it for me -great- and when I wanted to speak to the manager directly to feedback, I was simply told that the manager is too busy. Hello... this is not the way you handle a guest complaint/ appreciate a guest's desire to feedback!
