Hotel is very well located, Rooms are amazing well designed for family with kids. We had a very good time.. Initially i was skeptical on whether i would get the value for money for therelatively high tariffs.. after staying i am convinced its real value for money. Customer service is fantastic.

Room was large enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 children.
The most comfy beds all of them. My son stayed in the loft and my daughter slept on the fold out bed.
We had a great view that over looked the pools with a large balcony.
The buffet is slightly over priced but very tasty food great if you are very hungry or a big eater. There are plenty of restaurant in the arcade they you should try that are much cheaper.
There are lounges by the pool that you can reserve all day.
The not so good.
Reception was a bit hard to get what we wanted I think this has a lot to do with the very poor English. All in all very good hotel.

Really good Hotel In a great location, 20min drive from the Airport $50 sgd for a maxi Cab The rooms were lovely we stayed in a family room with a loft bed which the kids loved the bed was one of the most comftable I've slept in The staff in this hotel are wonderful brillant customer service i managed to leave a bag in the airport and they found it for me and arranged to have it dropped off so helpful i gave an excellent rating based mostly on this but overall i couldnt fault this hotel, Right next to Universal Studios, Casino, Galleria Shopping, Resturants, Water fountain show, And Cable Car to Singapore( Not cheap with a Family $28 an Adult $ 14 a child Return) But the views are worth it. All in all so much to see and do in Singapore and so Clean and Safe I would advise anyone to stay here Also the pool is lovely.

Stayed here with a family of four. Pretty new by then. Comfy beds and pillows. Very central location, with the universal studios within walking distance. The free airport shuttle and complimentary bottled water saves us a lot. I agree with the other reviews, they have the smallest rooms considering its a "family" hotel.
