Stayed here for 2 nights in February, not knowing that it coincided with the international air show. The hotel itself was great, but there are some small gripes: acknowledging that it was our anniversary we were upgraded to a Marina Bay room, but sadly in a room right next to the lifts. That made sleep impossible, even with ear plugs. We eventually moved, past midnight, to another room, this time with the City view we booked, but in a twin not a double. They claimed to be fully booked. Having to move our own luggage was not ideal either.
The rooms themselves are well apportioned and very comfortable. Really it is a hotel for short business stops or if you are breaking up a longer flight with a couple of nights in Singapore. There is a lot of competition in this price bracket though and you would do well to look at all of your options.
And, if you do booked and up end up with a room "18" on any floor, you will be by the lift and should ask for another room.

We arrived at the hotel way too early for check in (about 7.30am off a flight from Paris). The staff at the reception desk kindly showed us straight to the Club Lounge where we were invited to help ourselves to the buffet breakfast while they got our rooms ready. Within an hour of our arrival we were shown to our spacious rooms with great views. The staff in the Club lounge were friendly, would greet us by name, remember what we liked to drink etc. The food was of a high standard and with breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and cocktails on offer, getting a club room is a good deal. Having a drink overlooking the marina and watching the light show at night was lovely. The hotel and its staff were excellent and we will definitely be back again and again .......

A great property in a great location, with really great people who ALL go the extra mile. If you ask directions somewhere in the hotel, the staff bring you there. Food & beverage was also top drawer. Marina Bay view rooms have a truly spectacular view, that changes constantly.

The hotel was in a prime location the veiws are fantastic with marina bay being visible from the lounge and the veiw from the bathroom was unbelievable The staff were excellent could not find a fault with this hotel would stay there again
