I checked in early, initially just to drop off my bags so that I could go and explore the shops. The service staff were excellent to deal with and very friendly. To my surprise the room was mad eavilible to me and my bags arrived in the room about a minute after I did. The staff were great showing me the features of the room including the great espresso coffee machine, the tv and reminding me about the free items in the fridge which included 2 tiger beers, some Oreos, a coke, a coke light, water and some orange juice.

I stayed for 3 nights and am very impressed with the hotel, vey comfortable huge king size bed, kept very clean by the staff and so close to the shops and orchard road itself.

I will certainly stay the again

What a great hotel!

I stayed here because I managed to get a good deal online - I didn't know what to expect as I was not familiar with the hotel, but the location seemed good so it was worth a try! I arrived very late in from Australia and it was about 11pm when I checked in - the staff member who checked me in was welcoming, friendly, and upgraded me to a Premiere room.

The room itself was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed except an alarm clock (I wrote a note when I went out and when I returned there was one on my desk!). The bed was comfortable, there was a nice chair and a corner desk with chair. The minibar was stocked with Coke, Diet Coke, two cans of beer, two bottles of water, orange juice and an Oreo bar - whatever I used was restocked the next day and it was all complimentary. There was a bath and rain shower in the bathroom and good quality toiletries. A robe and slippers were in the wardrobe. Internet access is also free and is fast and reliable.

At all times staff in the hotel were friendly and willing to help. When I check out, they kept my bags all day, arranged my taxi to the airport and generally made my life very easy.

The location on Scotts Road is excellent - there is a 24hr Starbucks and McDonalds right outside, a mall next door, and a link to the metro on the corner of the road. Orchard Road and all its delights are a few steps away.

There is nothing I can fault this hotel for at all, and it will certainly be my first choice when I travel to Singapore in the future.

Got the standard room at other hotel in orchard. So it doest matter if you spend almost of your
Time outside the hotel)
-addicted to Wi fi

( this hotel located at the centre of duty free shop and isetan shopping mal, the opposite is scotts square, and of course near ION, TangS, etc)

Nice room, helpful and friendly staff,great location, easy access to the MRT half a block away.Great hotel bar and nice dessert shop in the lobby. We did not try the restaurant as it looked like it was a buffet.Liked the free beer and water and the bed was confortable but a little hard . Would stay here again but not overly memorable. If you are a shopper this location will more than meet your needs.
