We stayed at Liang Court for almost 2 weeks with 2 couples sharing a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The apartment itself was excellent and the decor was clean and modern. There was so much space in there, and it was designed so the 2nd bed/bath could be shut off from the main apartment for privacy. A lot of people we met while in Singapore, or friends who have travelled to Singapore, quite often whinged about the lack of space in their hotel room. This is definitely a room to spread out and relax in comfort.

As part of the accomodation package, we recieved complimentary buffet breakfast in the dining room every morning, which had all the basic hot/cold foods to pick from. We also recieved free wireless internet which was fabulous considering phone carriers charge a fortune for overseas data usage.

The location was superb, right next door to Liang Court shopping centre, down the road from Clarke Quay eating district (so many fabulous restaurants to pick from!!) and short walk to train station.

The staff were always SUPER friendly and helpful and we all loved how they said good morning and hoped we had a good day everytime we walked past. Lovely holiday in a lovely apartment hotel. Would recommend to everyone!

If you are in Singapore with family for 2 weeks or so, this will be the best option to go with. Best location, all the amenities within service apartment, good breakfast, great restaurants around Clark quay and nice view. Best part is the room size. they are huge. If you want to give the best treat to your family, go for 2 bedroom apartment in this and relax.

Stayed here recently for a week. Chose hotel because of it's location and inclusion of breakfast as part of package. Booked a two-bedroom apartment.

Location is great. Located on top of the Liang Court shopping centre and right next door to Clarke Quay entertainment district - a short walk from MRT station.

Service from staff was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Had a few requests during our week stay and all were attended to very promptly.

2 bedroom apartment is very large and spacious. One king bed in main room with ensuite and twin beds in second room with main bathroom located next to it. Full size kitchen with dining table and a european laundry.

My only criticism of the rooms is that the beds were uncomfortable. Mattresses are really too hard and after a couple of nights, sleeping on them started to become a problem. The pillows on the other hand were incredibly soft and didn't provide much head/neck support.

Breakfast was a bit of a hit and miss affair, especially with the hot food choices that had some interesting combinations - such as waffles with broccili and cauliflower on the side? But overall was adequate.

I think with improvement to mattresses and the breakfast bar, the Somerset Liang Court would be a great place to stay in Singapore.

Our family stayed in the Liang Court in December 2011 for 10 nights. We had the 2-bedroom apartment on the 22th floor with windows to Clarke Quay. The view was spectacular but naturally it also meant that the party noice from the Quay was there (it was bearable though).
Liang Court shopping centre is right under where you can buy Starbuck's coffee, Meiya supermarket, McDonalds, Subway, foodcourt.... No need to make your own suppers in the apartment kitchen.... The washing&drying machine was a great benefit for us with 2 kids.

The staff was very helpful, smiling and greeting warmly. Cleaner did a good job and was very nice person.

The apartment was very good, with plenty of space for the whole family and occasional visitors. Master bedroom had 180cm bed and a private bathroom. More luxurious than at home.
I recommend Somerset Liang Court warmly.
