Barbeque buffets poolside are not to be missed, breakfast is a little weak, but the atmosphere more than compensates. My only problem was the freezing pool. It'll make a man out of you. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

1.5 liter water in room is $7 versus on the street for $1.25
Found out the earplugs are for the construction noise
In the morning the bathroom (including our toiletries) were wet due to a major leak in the ceiling; we notified the front desk; they sent an engineer to inspect/fix
Unable to use the bathroom all morning; had to use the public bathroom
Caused a delay; we missed our ten o’clock tour
Front desk promises new room in the afternoon
Second night (room 304), facing city center
Room has full closet contingency but only 4 hangers
Toilet paper dispenser falls off
The lobby area and restaurants are very nice; the staff is friendly, but the hotel rooms are shoddy & dilapidated.
Would not recommend; for this type of money go to the Marriott.

It is one of the best hotels in the Sheraton, where I have been. The staff is simply excellent, the building is very modern and I know it when the smiles are genuine. All employees attended our demands at all times. Thanks guys!!

What a great hotel! My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton for three nights recently. The back courtyard of the hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, beautifully lit at night, that is surrounded by very attractive (and comfortable) lounge chairs. Just beyond the chairs are two dining areas that are open air (at least with nice weather), as well as a great bar.

Yes, the hotel is undergoing some renovation, but for our stay, it was only noticeable in the lobby area, and did not bother us in our room at all. Even with the work going on, the lobby was very nice, and the front desk staff could not have been more professional or more helpful.

There is a daily charge for internet access, but I found it to be fast and consistent, which is not always the case with hotel internet access. There is free access in the lobby on the hotel computers (The Link at Sheraton).

There is a nice park nearby, and we walked to shopping and dining spots on the other side of the river. The neighborhood appeared to be quite safe.

We would definitely stay there again! It was a great experience.
