Hotel is located in Snatiago's most luxurious neighbourhood in which you fell very safe (adding to the equation the lobby constant security, you might feel you're in a vault). Subway os about a 10 minutes of a very pleasent walk along Avenida Del Bosque.

Hotel is very modern and super clean. Rooms are your standard Holiday Inn spacious double-bedded rooms.
Service is okay, thogh not very professional (some of the reception clerks barely speak english).

Breakfast in wonderful, with a very nice slection of eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, yogurts, fruit, juices etc.

Great value for money in Santiago!

The hotel is fine, there's nothing in walking distance though, and the cafe facilities are very limited (mostly snack type food). I did appreciate the mini bottles of wine you could get in the cafe though! The rooms are nice, nicer than I expected actually. My biggest complaint is that they were incredibly disorganized. I was booked into 3 rooms (even though there was just one of me) (only one for my full trip, but one night each for other too rooms which was odd); when my driver came to get me, they told him I had never checked in which caused some alarm. One of my coworkers, traveling the same week on a different schedule was booked into two rooms so it's a pattern. They were very confused on how to resolve it so I spent a fair amount of time in the lobby and then they deactivated my elevator access two days early and never could get it to work again (although I could get in and out of my room without problems, once I got someone to get the elevator going!). Checkout took a very long time, more than 20 minutes. Having said that, it felt very safe for single female traveller and everyone was very friendly and motivated to help resolve the issues.

This hotel was really nice, great location, nice room, free internet and breakfast. A little expensive and even more with 19% tax, but same price hotels are not same quality...
100% recommended.

Room tip: Located in Las Condes, nice place to stary a little expensive...

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Santiago for a 2 night stay in June 2011. It was very clean, rooms a bit on the small size but comfortable. The bathroom was nice but the door was facing one of the beds which was odd to me.

The breakfast in the morning was good, I tried raspberry juice at the buffet which I thought was great and not really popular in the USA.

Free Internet at the hotel, felt vey safe walking around the city.
