“Nice hotel”

This is a nice hotel located in the heart of TIrana. Very close to the main street of the city - called "Bloki". It is very close to various restaurants, shops and to government offices. The hotel has very good breakfast option. Rooms are in very good condition,but need upgrading. Service is okay, but occasionally slow. It is definitely a pr icy hotel.

Albania is a very nice country with fabulous and rich cuisine and traditions. Would recommend visiting the closest seaside city Durres for nice beaches and food. which takes 40 minutes to reach by car. In terms of history, Tirana and other cities offer rich religious, national and pre-historical sites. Just note that Albania is rapidly developing and changing country. It is still in the process of developing the tourism amenities and infrastructure. But for the price, Albania offers one of the greatest values to tourists.

I am always a bit uncomfortable staying in "fancy" hotels like this in countries that struggle so much with poverty. That said, I stayed here for 2 weeks on a business trip and it was comfortable. The rooms are very dark because the windows are tinted, so natural light is dim at best. I found the hotel staff to be nice, but not necessarily friendly. It did the trick, but I imagine there are cheaper and more charming places to stay in Tirana.

The rooms are clean but old, the personnel speaks English and the breakfast was good. Recommended

“Overpriced and dull”

There are many good places to stay in Tirana. I stayed at the Sheraton twice and I collect Starwood points; but have not returned after second stay. Needed to stay for an extra day but was turned out. Fortunately found very good accomodations elsewhere. Rooms are pooly lit; bathrooms are not very fresh, All in all place is run down and overpriced. Check around for other options.

“Fantastic hotel in Tirana”

Very clean, large room that included a patio. Front desk spoke English very well. If I stay in Tirana again I'd stay in this hotel for sure. There's not much to do in that city. However, If you go make sure to take the cable car up the mountain. The restaurants on the mountain offer the best views of the city & beyond. The food is at a great price, & the service is the BEST in Europe for certain.
