The guesthouse is clean and nicely decorated and its owners are wonderful people (it felt just like home!). We received great tips on Zagreb and my boyfriend even got a present from them! :) The only "minus" is the location, but if you catch tram no. 12, it'll take you to the center of the city in approx. 10 minutes! Enjoy!

Hotel Doremiza is in a residential location near the end of the tram line to stop Ljubljanica to the west of the city. It is thus easy to get to. The lady who showed us round doesn't speak much English but was friendly - so be polite and learn a little Croatian before you arrive.
We had a double room with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor for the bargain price of 250KN - about £25. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommended.

I've stayed there for 2 nights in November, probably was one of the first guests. It is not a B&B but just rooms (ensuite, and bathroom was lovely and new). It is basic, but very nice and clean, and if you are looking for good accomodation that won't break the bank this is the place.
The location is good, tram station is 2 mins from the house and you are on Jelacich square in 15 mins or so.
Would stay there again definitely.
