This is a nice facility. The rooms are clean and quiet. I had a little trouble with the thermostat - it doesn't appear to be possible to run the fan without adjusting the temperature. However, it was quiet so the white noise proved to be unnecessary. The night I was there, the restaurant was closed; the next morning, the offerings were limited to an overpriced continental breakfast. The staff was OK; friendly but not very efficient. I was unable to check out on the TV, and the morning clerk spent several unnecessary minutes prattling on about the fact that he was unable to print out a receipt.
If you're a walker, it's a nice walk down to the waterfront where there's a marina, restaurants, and lots to do. It's also convenient to the state capitol. Downtown Annapolis is beautiful.
Also, you don't need to use the hotel's valet parking. There's a City owned parking lot a half a block away and around the corner. You can park there 24 hours for $5. It's open all the time.
