There are two apartments, one on the second floor and one on third floor, so not for the less able bodied as carrying the cases up could be difficult.

Close to the Pile gate which is a four minute walk and 100 yards to the main street this is in the most perfect location, surprisingly quiet for a central location.

We are already planning our return to Debrovnik and this will be our first choice of where to stay.

Owner was very helpful, allowed us to leave our cases after check out and gave us a lift to the airport for less than the cost of a taxi

Perfectly located in the old town, just a few blocks from the Pila Gate.
Clean, spacious, peaceful, the landlord was very friendly and handy.
Transfer to Dubrovnik airport can easily be arranged.
Nice option while in Dubrovnik.

My husband and I were thrilled with these apartments. The price was excellent considering the prime location, the size of the apartment, and the personalised service from the owner. The room was large, with a separate bedroom and kitchenette area, and was very clean. Given the abundance of tourists in Dubrovnik I can imagine that a lot of hotels and apartments would take advantage of the captive audience who would take anything for any price simply to stay in the Old Town, but this was certainly not the case with Apartmani Lepur. We highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for 2 nights at Apts Lepur in Dubrovnik. We had a nice 1 BR apt that also had a small living area including a TV (with cable), couch, and small kitchenette. The bathroom was large and modern compared to others we had during our vacation in Croatia - the only problem was the hot water ran out after about 10 minutes. Make sure to leave the hot water switch on - but even that didn't fully help. The apartment is very well located, 2 blocks from the Stradum and about a 5 minute walk from the Pile Gate. The owner Drago stopped by each day and was helpful with recommendations, including breakfast at the nearby Nava Restaurant. He was very responsive to email and had no problem with our leaving our luggage in the building after checking out of the room (we had a late flight out of Dubrovnik). There was some noise from the restaurant downstairs at night and in the early morning, but considering the perfect location in the Old City, it was well worth it.

Room tip: 3 flights up to the 1 BR apt -- just something to be aware of, although not terriby problematic.

The apartment was large, clean, and more than met the needs of my stay in Dubrovnik. It is very near the Pile Gate, so it's handy for getting from the taxi rank or bus stop to the apartment in car-free Dubrovnik (as well as sightseeing). The owner was very kind and helpful, and responsive to my email questions). If in Dubrovnik, I would stay there again.
