“loved, loved, loved this hotel...”

I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. Our experience of this hotel was amazing from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. The staff were the most genuine and gorgeous people we have met on our travels. The rooms were great, massages fantastic, breakfast/restaurant so delicious and fresh and tour arrangements at reception awesome. Our tuk tuk driver, Mr Pheng was awesome. Great location, and only a quick walk to town. Laundry is also so cheap unlike other hotels.
Absolutely loved this hotel and have thought about going back since we have left:)

“A Boutique Property though unsuitable for weak Knees”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 February 2012

We were nine of us, all seniors with age ranging from 62 to 75 years. We were allotted two rooms on the ground floor, one in the first and two on the second floor. The hotel does not have a lift. This is the biggest drawback.
Apart from the above, the hotel is worth staying in. It is very suitably located, in close proximity to Central market which has a great collection of clothes and trinkets.
The rooms are quite commodious, linen is clean and mattresses are comfortable. Rooms facing the pool offer a good view while the others have no view.
The hotel offers a limited three choices in breakfast though the breakfast is sumptuous and tasty.
The staff is extremely hospitable, helpful and friendly and in our opinion, this one of the biggest asset of the hotel.

Room Tip: Please ask for the ground floor if you have weak knees.

“Beautiful Hotel Close to the Centre of Siem Reap”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 February 2012

Stayed here for 5 nights from 18th to 23rd December.
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The hotel is absolutely immaculate. I have never stayed anywhere so pristine, not a cracked tile or chipped paintwork to be seen anywhere.

We had a poolside room and my only criticism of the hotel is that these aren't very private. If I stayed again I'd stay on an upper floor. the room itself was lovely though and we really liked the decor. We also liked how they left you plenty of water each day, even filling up the kettle as well as leaving drinking water. One afternoon we sat relaxing outside our room and the staff brought us fresh pineapple and a pot of tea which was a lovely gesture.

The staff couldn't do enough for us and were very welcoming, always asking how your day was and handing you a cold towel as you returned from a day's sightseeing.

We got the VIP package and it was great. We really enjoyed the massages and booked a second one as they were such good value. The Khmer BBQ meal was great too.

We were picked up from the airport by Sales who became our tuk tuk driver for our stay. We hired him for 3 full days. He was a great driver and we felt very safe with him. I would highly recommend booking some trips with him as the prices are very reasonable.
We did the small Angkor tour setting off at 4.30am to see sunrise - note - take a torch with you as we couldn't see where we were going when walking round the site!
We then did the Grand Tour including Banteay Srey which was really good as some of the temples on that tour were much quieter but just as stunning as the more well known temples. We also stopped off at the Landmine Museum which is quite shocking in terms of Cambodia's history and the number of unexploded mines still out there but it is well worth a visit.
On the third day we went to the floating village at Tonle Sap which was incredible and to the Romulus Temples.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. We also really liked Siem Reap as a town and would happily visit again. I got some beautiful raw silk products from the night market and there were really nice restaurants in the town. After dinner there is lots of fun (and very cheap cocktails) to be had at the Angkor What? bar :)

Room Tip: Choose an upstairs room for privacy.

“Hands down best hotel in Siem Reap!! 5 Star”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 February 2012

This is truly a hidden(not for long) gem of a hotel. Fabulous Room, Great balcony, Amazing and I mean Amazing service. We stayed there at the end of a long eastbound round the world journey. You can't walk into the open air lobby without being greeted by one of the charming staff with a cold towel. All hotels should learn from the Guest Relations Staff. They were awesome. They set us up with a great tuk tuk driver for our Angkor and Lake tour. Restaurant was great, breakfast and dinner were delicious. Pool was a great place to chill out after a long dusty day of touring. Had and amazing Khmer Massage before i got on the plane home. I would come back to Siem Reap just to stay there again.

Great Job Guys

Room Tip: Any Room is great.

“More than impressed”

Booked a short two night stay here in a Double Deluxe Pool View room in Feb 2012. Everything about the hotel was great.... They had a VIP special running when we booked which incuded: one dinner for two, one massage treatment each, one picnic lunch for two, round trip transfers from the airport and at the end they gave us t-shirts and a small souvenier. The food was even so good that we decided to eat there both nights instead of going out. Service was excpetional. Hotel is within walking distance to large outdoor souvenier market.

Sending my parents here when they travel there in May. Owner / management should be commended.
