This hotel is connected to the Conference Centre which is a real bonus if you are working there. English speakers are a bit hit and miss at this hotel - some are excellent, some are appaulling which was a bit annoying when people are trying to call you in your room and can't be understood. Ordering room service too can be a bit of challenge.
The rooms are quite nice - not really a five star as advertised but they are really big. Beware the city view rooms which are over delivery bays for the Conference Centre which can be very noisy quite early in the morning. Sea view are about 30USD more per night and come with a massive terrace. Very swish.
There's no pool which is a bit crap but you can use one in a nearby hotel and get a complimentary bus which goes every hour.
The food is quite good - great buffet and a la carte and a couple of other restaurants too which are just as nice. The bar is a mosquito ridden nightmare that the management are aware of and don't really care to sort out. Avoid avoid avoid.
There is a gym but it's not great and the world and it's mother get to watch you work out.
All in all it's a nice hotel but it's really far from the main city; at least a 25 minute cab ride away.
