Have stayed here on buniss for a few times. Staffs are efficient. Room are well kept.

Only setback is when in non smoking room, there is stll a bit of smell of cigarette smoke when the air condition is turn off. Not sure why.

The hotel is nicely located in a central areas close to 2 shooping mall. Many restaurants to choose from. For those who need KFC, McDonald and Pizza Hut while in China, they are just a short distance away.

I have stayed at the Sheraton Xiamen twice, and both times was there over a weekend. The airport pick-up is fast and efficient, and the hotel is just fantastic. Even on a busy morning, the staff always find you a table for breakfast, and the same goes for multiple options for dinner.

My family and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Xiamen while visiting family members living in the area. The hotel was one of the best we've stayed at ever. Because of my husband's SPG platinum status, we were upgraded to a junior suite which was bigger than any suite we've had before. It included 1.5 baths, a separate sitting room from bedroom, two large screen TVs in each room, a huge walk in closet, and a very large bathroom. All the wall outlets are universal so any plug type can fit (a very nice touch indeed). The room rate was unbelievable for everything we were getting. The service was fantastic especially in the Club Lounge. We were there every morning for a huge breakfast spread and they allowed us to order off their menu as well too. And each night we had happy hour that had a large number of hot and cold snacks. The folks in the Club Lounge were very nice and took care of us.
This hotel was truly top notch. Only small issue was that from time to time we could smell smoke in the hallways and/or through our vents in our room. Not sure if the entire floor was meant to be smoke free but it did not seem that way.

This is a beautiful well maintained new hotel. In the room, the bed is really comfortable, the bath is nice, tv has lots of stations, the Internet speed is fast. The hotel, the gym is more than sufficient, anything u want is here. The best thing abou this hotel is the service though, they really go out of here way to help you, from ticketing needs, local help, anything and everything you can imagine. One room included a breakfast buffet which opens at 6 am Howe er I had and early morning flight, so I said it king of sucks I don't get to have breakfast, the next mooring when I went to checkout, they had a Togo breakfast waiting for me!
