What do you need when travelling away from home ? You simply need to feel home. Well, Coffee garden staff makes you fell just like back home, but one girl more than anyothers . Her name is Gloria ZHANG. Always smiling, always happy, always proactive and extremely friendly, this girls loves her job and she likes to deal with customers differently, more than simply on professional side. Good service, good English skills and attitude to learn other languages, as Italian, made Gloria able to spend some words every single morning with me. Does not take much to flip a standard day into a good day, a good breakfast into an enjoyable breakfast. She makes the difference, she makes me happy to come back anytime I have to travel to Shenzhen. Thanks Gloria.

I had reservations for two rooms, and stay here often since accross from where we need to be. Service is delightful and all, but it seems as though they shut off the heat for several days either to save money or for whatever reason. We were luckily given portable heaters, as there was only one per floor. I would rate higher but the fact that there was no heat in a 5 Star hotel is unheard of. No other compensation offered.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and for many nights. My day began every morning with a smile and a great "good morning" from Gloria Zhang. Everyday, she has everything perfect as she moves quickly, but efficiently, through her morning routine. The fresh cappuccino is heavenly and sets the pace for a great day. I enjoy staying at this hotel and getting to know the staff there, as I am usually traveling alone for my stay. If you get to visit the Horizon Club, you will discover Cherry, Julie, Tony and Sam are willing to provide you with anything they could possibly do for a guest. Great Food in all the restaurants as Master Chef Jek makes sure that all the best quality and preparation is served.

The hotel is very Nice. Specialy peaple from the louge coffe. Vicky Chen and Maria Zhao are very friendly, they are very courteos and super welcome. I give 5 stars to those girls. I will come back to this hotel as soon as possible.
