You only pay about $25 a night for a clean decent room in this high rise hotel. This price does not include breakfast. In room frig with minibar but still has room for your stuff in the frig. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Free hard wired Internet in room. Nice TV with OK channels. Friendly staff. Good location - easy walk to the ocean and the park there where you can rent bicycles. Lots of restaurants, laundries, Internet shop, and a Carrefour within a few blocks. They even let us check out at 2 PM for no extra charge. We stayed here four years ago and the place was just as nice then. Only downside is 24 hr construction on ocean side of building. Make sure you get a room away from the construction site because it is noisy. For a few dollars more you can get a bigger room and/or a room with a computer. No in-room safe. Nice counter space in large oversize bathroom. The name of this place is a bad translation from the Chinese. The Chinese name actually means something like "hyped, or talked up, or somethng to brag about." They chose Boost which makes no sense - it's just Chinglish. They do take credit cards when their system is working.
