stayed last weekend.. not a bad place to bring in ur family.. but at 2500 there are cheaper options.. food was decent.. they have a Rs 700/- off on F&B for every day u stay there.. but that would get over pretty quick with the high costs for food & booze (menus show prices without taxes) rooms are clean.. the property does have a bit of space for walking around.. decent sit out area for rooms.. .. some things for children to do as well.. service was very nice.. staff was nice.. professional but helpful.. the dining area seemed nice though we didn use it.. rooms clean,nice.. bathrooms clean with hot water.. old tv and a/c but functioning ok.. the property does not scream budget but doesnt charge you that much extra either.. so its not a bad choice if you're not on too tight a budget..

P.S. I read someone's review where the person said he didn check anything and just went with tipadvisor's review.. he was right.. :)

The hotel service is good and the location is very good. you get piece of mind. Complete value for money. I liked the food quality. Staff is very frindly. The stay was enjoyable. Though there is no minibar in the room, you can get everything within minutes so as such not a big problem.

We had stayed at the hotel on a 3 day weekend around the 15th of Aug. While the staff were courteous and polite and the location well placed, the rooms were pretty much run-of-the-mill and not really Value for Money. While the regular rates for a decent double room are in the range of 1800-2000, we were later informed that the rate for that weekend was around double of that. Nonetheless, the room was clean, and they did have a pool and a decent restaurant, All in all, I'd say its an ok option for a couple of days' stay.

I had been here a few years ago (Pardon me for incorrect travel dates, TripAdvisor does not have an option for earlier dates!). Its a nice place, location wise, food wise and maintenance wise. We had a nice private sitout arrangement outside our room on the first floor. The food was good, especially the sea food, the dara fish. Also: a specific mention of our dinner experience. The dinner was by the pool and I could not resist the temptation to have my dinner by the swimming pool, when I noticed a staff member walk towards me. I was worried, but all he did was to just caution me to be careful! We took long to finish our dinner as we walked around the pool between the meal courses, and I appreciate the patience that the staff has shown. Not a hint of impatience or anxiety on their face and demeanour. I liked this place and would definitely like to visit them again!
