This hotel provides a high level of service and high quality standards for travellers. Clean, well equiped, comfortable and spatious rooms in a hotel with qualified personnel.
Breakfast and fitness environment are also very good.

The ITC Gardenia is a very good hotel in Bangalore, set back off a busy road. The location itself is a little problematic as the area is very congested, but then again you can say that about anywhere in Bangalore.
The hotel itself is very modern and clean with excellent service. Rooms are tidy and a good size with good amenities. It bills itself as a "Green" hotel which normally just means no clean sheets and poor water pressure, but here it doesn't negatively impact the hotel experience. The shower is actually very good.
The rooms also come equiped with an outdoor balcony which is a nice touch if the weather is right.

If I had to pick on anything I would say that the food in the hotel is a bit average, and the walkway in the corridor is just weird, it feels like you are walking on a gym mat covered in carpet. Also I would say the service is a little too good - you can't turn around without someone asking if they can make your stay better, to the point of knocking on your door every night and asking what they can do. Sometimes just being left alone is ideal, but as I say this is nitpicking and I would certainly complain if the service wasn't there.
Also when you are connecting to the internet make sure you ask for an external IP or else you can only get to internal India websites and most of your web based apps won't work (assuming you are from outside India). Waiting for this to be set up when late for a conference call was the only wrinkle in the stay.

The bar is very good with a generous happy hour, good lighting, great ambience and excellent service.

Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel as a nice quiet and clean hotel set back from the hustle and bustle of Bangalore, just make sure you book a car for off peak times

The very fact that one is staying in property which has the highest rating as a green building is very satisfying. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They try to go all out to understand your needs and make amends to provide you rich experience. I had the chance of straying at ITC One, spacious rooms, very thoughtful bathrooms separating toilet area. Bath tub allows you to watch LCD. Nice siting area with large LCD. Quick room service. Excellent architecture of hotel. Great food. Located in centre of city.
EOnly suggestion, being a leed platinum hotel, they would do well to review their environmental footprint viz., not to use small plastic water bottles during breakfast ( may be to provide to those who insist). Consider all the plastic garbage being created.

Stayed at this hotel early this year and was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding hospitality my wife and I received at this hotel. The ambiance and the design of this hotel stands out compared to hotels I've stayed in the US, Europe and Asia.
1. Staff is very courteous and meets all your needs.
2. Located in the heart of the city.
3. Excellent value for the price.
4. Breakfast is included which was outstanding.
5. Have 5 restaurants onsite which can be overpriced (my only complaint), but can't complain too much.
6. Amenities are very clean and very well maintained.
7. Will return each and every time if the hotel maintains the same standards!!!!
