My stay was excellent. I landed after a very long flight and found that my bags had not reached India at the same time as I did. The hotel staff helped me by turning around my laundry overnight (the only set of clothes I had with me) and then helped me collect my baggage the next night. Mr Shakti Bhushan Srivastava was extremely helpful and very attentive throughout my stay. Well done Martin. Your staff is excellent and are an asset to the hotel.

My stay was superb from the start. I had booked two rooms and was delighted at the size, view etc of the rooms. The location of Sheraton Bangalore is amazing too. Excellent staff and they have a lot of time for the guests. Mr Bipin-The Duty Manager, was extremely helpful and courteous. It was indeed a very pleasant stay and if I do travel to Bangalore again, Sheraton would definitely be my first choice. This is a hotel that shows you how to get it right when it comes to Hospitality! My parents are still raving about the hotel and I'll recommend it to all my friends and contacts. Thanks a lot for making my trip an extremely pleasant one! And ofcourse, how can I forget the Breakfast Buffet at the restaurant-top notch!

I spent 7 nights there in two stays within 2 weeks.
The hotel is located in a new construction area of Bangalore. As of my visit, the adjoining World Trade center and Mall were not open yet. The hotel is large, with large open spaces. There are lots of staff available to assist customers. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The facility is quite nice with modern decor, the rooms large, clean, comfortable and quiet. There are multiple restaurants in the hotel, including a quite expensive one located on their 4th floor terrance, next to the large outdoor pool. The quality of the food is good, with a selection in the main restaurant of Indian, Chinese and limited 'Western' food. The rooftop restaurant serves Persian food, which was good - although I'd never had Persian food before. There also is and Italian restaurant (which I didn't try) adjacent to the terrace.
Walking outside the hotel and new construction area is not advisable due to traffic, construction and limited places to go. The hotel has a modest size exercise facility.
The hotel is fairly expensive if you can't find a reduced rate plan. The food is also fairly expensive. I suppose this is typical for a 5 Star hotel.
Don't look in the emergency stairwells, or you'll find them functional, but never finished since the initial construction. This seem to be pretty typical for Bangalore though.

One gaze from outside and you would mistake it as a four point property. Located near the Yeshwantpur area far away from the city center, this new hotel has all ameneties, and the best scoring part of the hotel is the room size, all of them I guess are above 325 square feet in area. Cool cleanliness, business ambience, courteous service, variety of food choices, a hip endless roof top pool, all benchmarks of a good shelter. But, but, but, I dont know how, but the hotel lacks a soul and character. Right from the outside view to the walk inside the lobby, to the buffect at dinner, somehow that spirited rush is missing. The staff would go all the way with their smiles, but did I miss something to comment like this? Dont know for sure. I loved the morning breakfast buffet which was lavish in choice, but then again, during my dinner buffet, the overall taste was missing from the food. Overhead a couple of American couples complaining about the high charges of snacks and beverages at the poolside lounge. Well, I think even the rooms and bit overpriced given the wide choice available in Bengaluru. Ok, die hard SPG guests may prefer this hotel but at 8000 bucks a night I am sure we can get better options.
