The Vivanta Yeshwantapur Bangalore is a new Hotel located in the suburbs of Bangalore, 45 minutes far from the International Airport, considering average traffic conditions.
The building give you the impression of a brand new construction, and in fact, having a glance in the lobby, the impression is confirmed.
The furniture’s style is modern and minimal, for the lobby as far as for the rooms and the restaurants, that’s really strange for a Country which loves excess in decorations.
The overall impression is very good. The staff is really friendly and professional, all your request will be accomplished in a very short time. At the second floor there are a fully equipped SPA and the swimming pool.
I tried the Indian Restaurant and was a nice food experience, typical South Indian cousine, spicy and tasty.
The only negative point is that, at Parranda, a dinner takes at least 2 hours…the service is extremely slow moving but the food is nice.
The breakfast offers the guest a large variety of local food, and the classic English Breakfast buffet of course. Omlettes and scrambled eggs are made just in time by the chefs. You can also find a good range of tropical fruits, cheese. salami, yogurts,. The overall judgment is very good.
The rooms are hi-tech friendly, Wi-Fi all over the Hotel with an excellent signal and speed connection allow you to follow your job without any problem, internet is not free, it’s a pitty. The bathroom is built in a “crystal box”, very trendy fashion and functional. Large shower with different water jets options. I want to underline that the room has been always cleaned and made up in a maniacal way. The waiters in charge of the room cleaning are really doing a great job.
If I have really to point out something that it didn’t work right, I’d say the reservation concerning the transfer Airport / Hotel. They made a mistake in booking the transfer, but they also solved the problem in few minutes.
I can say that the Vivanta Yeshwantapur Bangalore is an excellent, modern and very clean hotel, and I definitely come back again. I recommend this hotel mainly for business purpose, just because it is not located in the touristic area of Bangalore, but it is very convenient located if you have to attend an exhibition.

Vivanta, a new concept by Taj has really has the freshness and smoothness, that the name ‘Vivanta’ suggests. All staffs are very courteous, kind and well groomed for a five star hospitality experience.
The rooms are very neat, clean and well arranged. As like facilities in other star hotels, this very hotel also has spacious and hygienic attached bathroom, Colour Television set with 24x7 DTH channels connectivity, wireless internet connectivity(charges apply)
It is at a distance of 35KM from the Bangalore International Airport. Yeswantpur Railway station is just minutes away. It is primarily located in the Yeswantpur area of the Bangalore city.
This hotel has 327 rooms and as one of my friends said it is one of the largest hotels in South India. It has a very good occupancy rate.
You can also avail facility of chauffeur driven car, in case you need to attend some meetings, else you can take auto-rickshaw service and explore the city. One can also take A/c buses.
Well, explained much about the infrastructural attributes of the hotel, now let me talk a little about the food. This hotel has a live kitchen. It is great experience to see chef cook you food. The Kitchen is very efficient, clean and hygienic. The kitchen also had master chef, who instructed the new recruits and fresher. Food is tasty and worth price. One can order anything, as it is a multi-cuisine restaurant.
Overall the hotel gives you a very memorable experience; you can’t resist talking to your friends about your stay at this hotel. There are five segments i.e. Superior Charm, Deluxe Delight, Deluxe Allure Suite, Premium Temptation Suite, Presidential Nirvana Suite. I suggest travellers to choose Superior Charm, it is worth the price. Other segments have a little difference. One thing more, the wireless internet charge also applies to the guest, who stays at Presidential Nirvana Suite. I ponder why it is?

If you got any work in the Bangalore International exhibition center, this is the hotel u got to stay. I could not locate any other decent stay places.

It is one of Taj's new properties. So, the architecture is modern. The staff are courteous. The gym is well equiped, Swimming pool has is maintained well. The restaurant food is awesome.

The rooms are quite modern too. But the standard rooms are too small in size, and the architect has made efforts to make the room look big.The room has a big glass window and the washrooms have transparent glass walls (which I am not sure how it is acceptable for Indian lifestyle). However, the rooms are good enough for a single person stay.
