The hotel is stunning, rooms are comfortable and of excellent quality and the location is very good indeed both for walking / shopping and for business. Value is excellent and the quality matches that of some 5 star hotels but benefits from a really excellent service.
This hotel and its staff really went "the extra mile" for me. I arrived, booked for the following night and with early arrival unannounced, very early off a flight from the UK, they found me a room and had me moved in within 10 minutes of arrival without fuss or problems. My stay, sadly, was only one night but I enjoyed the excellent bar and "happy hour" and breakfast the next day. I had time to kill before leaving and fully expected to spend it sitting around the lobby. However, despite having checked out that morning, I wasrecognised, offered a guest room to freshen up and brought a drink. I left the hotel feeling that they really cared and was quite stunned by the level of care they gave me. I will certainly be back and recommend this hotel unreservedly.

The rooms were amazing, I moderately travel for business and have stayed in variety of hotels but this one has surpassed all other hotels that I have stayed in. The staffs were really very friendly, polite and provided immediate attention to whatever you ask for. I felt the hotel was pretty high tech too. The food was mind blowing and had lot of variety. The gym is a bit small but then it was empty whenever I used it - so I wont complain too much. Overall, more than just excellent.

I would highly, highly recommend St. Mark's Hotel in Bangalore to anyone traveling through the city. The location was excellent. Its gated, they offer transportation to and from other destinations.
We had our 5 yr old with us. They were exceedingly kind to her, very attentive and patient with her. I couldn't be more pleased with a hotel.

We stayed here in mid-January 2012 and St Mark's completely lived up to the recommendation we'd been given, it is exceptionally well-run. Service is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Everything was as spotless and comfortable as you'd hope from a very modern hotel. The room had everything one needs, including comfortable seating. Shower was an excellent wet room-type (with sound piped into the bathroom so you can listen to the TV). The restaurant was equally well run and the buffet food superb at all meals (we didn't try a la carte or room service but a family member had and said they, too, were excellent) - even the choice at breakfast was extensive and the chef makes a delicious masala omelette to order! Very well located hotel and easy to pick up transport from it. It's on a noisy road but you do not notice it at all once inside, indeed - you immediately relax!
