We stayed here in January 2012 and from the moment we left the Circuit Road were made to feel welcome. The rooms are scattered round the gardens and ours was on the first floor round a courtyard. Room was large with a good bathroom and comfortable chairs and table outside. The restaurant was excellent with a very good choice of foods from all over India and was reasonable. Guests could eat outside where they had fires to keep warm. Staff were friendly and always in evidence. We also ate in the courtyard restaurant owned by the Ajit Bhawan just down the road.

This hotel is quite comfortable. It has thatched cottages and rooms with canvas roofs, swimming pool with a waterfall. Our room was quite large but the internet did not work inside our room but did in the small courtyard in front of our unit.

Dinner was served in the courtyard with a group of five musicians one night, four the next, who performed Rajasthan folk music. Food is excellent and we are trying many different dishes, including a curry with apples, pumpkin curry and, of course, good old paneer dishes - none disappoint and most are excellent.

Very good place to stay in Jodhpur.

We stayed in this Palace hotel in December 2011. What a beautiful place it is. There are many types of rooms available from fully fitted tents to mud huts. We stayed in a standard room and it was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom with lots of hot water in the shower. It also has a outside garden resturant with live music in the evenings. We had dinner there and the food is delicious. Your table is laid out near an open log fire as the evenings are chilly. The foof and alcohol is a little pricy but you pay for the setting and the service. As you walk out of the main gates and turn right, 100 yards there is a resturant owned by the Palace. It has an outdoor resturant with delicious food and a large selection, which is all at half the cost of the hotel.
We are led to believe that the hotel is owned by two Prince and they live in the adjacent palace buildings. They own at least 12 vintage cars and you can have a ride in these should you wish.

Rooms are good if unspectacular. Probably can't expect more.

Great outdoor restaurant. Good food, good wine list. Beautiful under the starlight!
