Its almost a week I've been staying at this hotel and I still considerate with their weaknesses (no toileteries, shower is not functioned well, etc.). In my fith day, i laundry my clothes and when its finished they directly ask for the payment or they didn't return my clothes. At the time I have no cash, therefore I told them that I will pay in tommorrow but still they don't trust me. Then I told them to take it from the room payment that I've complete for the next 2days. Goshhh, they still don't trust that I'll do the payment!! I've been travelling this 2months and this hotel give the worst service. Is it really manage by aston? o

It was my 4th visit to Bali and first time stay @FaveHotels, together with my wife and 6 colleagues on business conference plus little vacation. Everything was smooth from reservation until our late arrivals at an almost post-dinner time. So after checked in, our first goal was to find a good restaurant for dinner and we ended up with many variety of foods to choose at around Jl. Teuku Umar.

It was a relief to get this hotel compared to other group of colleagues who stayed in Sanur area (the conf place) but couldn't get a good place to eat except KFC and KFC :(, especially we were at the Galungan Period. From that point onward, everything was just fit-in. The people is nice, even the GM is also helpful and inform us good places to go.

Things to improve:
(-) WiFi connection, sometimes work.
(-) lighting at the front desk/yard is rather dark
(-) breakfast quality

Satisfied with this hotel. Very recommended one! Affordable rate yet prime services. It's quite far from the beach but you can easily find taxis. There are Starbuck, Hagendaazs and Imperial Xu restaurant just in front of the lobby

Trying both big hotel in the Teuku Umar area, I expect this hotel could giving me more than the previous one I'm staying with, Turn out it is. With a Starbucks stall attached to the hotel Lobby area, its actually the best thing about the hotel. The Chinese restaurant is okay, however i prefer to dine out in the hawker which is spread along the Teuku umar street .
Tips try this Indonesian restaurant called Warung Inari just a few meters away from the hotel, opposite of the POP Harris hotel, That is the best Indonesian Food i ever taste. try it while you there
