We found All Seaons modern looking. The staff always had smiles on their faces and nothing was too hard. The complex was clean especially the pool area. Unfortunatey the only negative comment and this can be something positive to some of you but the bed/mattress was extremely hard. I like firm mattresses but this was very firm.
Our room over looked the pool. The location was close to the markets, shops and many places to eat from. A few streets from the beach.
Overall we recommend All Seasons Legian Bali.
The hotel seems brand new, there must have been done a lot of renovations recently. However, some of the finishing works were poorly done and the hotel will suffer the consequences in a nearly future.
The location is just OK. You'll have to take a taxi to reach the best restaurants in Seminyak. It's in a quiet area but it's heavy traffic to get in and out (but I'm pretty sure traffic is an issue all over Bali). It's really annoying to go to the southern beaches after 10:00.
The hotel room is very spacious. The mattress is very comfortable. Bed linen is OK, adequate to the hotel's category. The air condition is not efficient for the hottest nights. The TV is small and very distant from the bed. It would be nicer a bigger TV for the rainy days. Although the very spacious room, there's just a small space to hang your clothes.
The bathroom is big but the poor finishing is pretty noticeable. The towels provided are OK, could be better. The toilet seat is of a really poor material. Formule 1 hotels (a really low cost brand of AccorHotels) around the world have better toilet seats than the one provided.
Room and bathroom cleaning are great. They also provide two bottles of water everyday and an empty frigobar that you can fill with whatever you desire.
Breakfast is great. A lot of options and fast reposition of missing itens.
Wi-fi for free only in the lobby. Pretty expensive if you want to use it in your room. The hotel also provides 3 computers but it's in a smokers section close to the bar, so if you don't smoke, you'll be bothered (I'm not sure if there's any non-smoking policy in Bali).
The Spa is awesome. The services are of high level but there's a price to pay. It's much more expensive than all massage houses around but the massages are really better than the ones you can get around.
If you're planning to go to the southern beaches of Bali, doesn't stay there. It's a nice, cheap and quiet option if you're planning to go to the great Seminyak restaurants or to the Kuta "pandemonium".
The All Seasons maintains it's high standard. The staff are always friendly and efficient and this time was no exception. Our room, a step away from the pool, was clean and well serviced. There was a good selection of items on the room service menu, and delivery was prompt. Our stay included buffet breakfast which had a reasonable selection. We did not eat dinner at the hotel as there are numerous cafes to try in the surrounding streets. The Hotel provides 3 pcs for internet access and has Wi Fi in the lobby. The pool and surrounds were well maintained, and was very refreshing after walking along the beach.
At this time of year, February, it is excellent value.
And whats wrong with the Hotel; well its about time that a dvd player was supplied rather than being hired on request; the bathroom towels are looking grey though i was told that new ones are on order; and whats wrong with Bali in February, well you do get some rain and the seawater is so polluted due to run off that you would have to be insane to go in.
