First of all, on behalf of all the staff & management of Febri’s, I thank you for staying with us again recently (for the 2nd time). I also note that you made a fantastic review on the Trip Advisor about Febri’s Spa (on the same day after submitting your hotel review) about your spa experience with your hubby – our gratitude for your spontaneous feedback.

Your prompt response to my message was also much appreciated and I am relieved to learn that you had no problems with your rooms but with other guests who made a lot of noise all hours every time they were in the smaller pool opposite your rooms. I apologize that your holiday was smeared by those guests’ unpleasant behaviours.

In the last couple of weeks, you are right that there were a lot of young travelers staying in the hotel; it was very unusual for our hotel to have such many youngsters (mid 20’s) at the same time and indeed they were very annoying & noisy days & nights. Living in the hotel, I had to be personally involved a number of times to assist my Security staff in pacifying them as they came back from partying elsewhere in early mornings in the last couple of weeks in addition to having to pursue for LCD replacements due to “accidental” shootings with their BB guns in the rooms during the night. The hotel actually never accepts group booking especially with youngsters; somehow they must have booked individually through several different agencies (online and offline). I went to the extent of offering them to stay at other hotels where young traveler groups usually hang out (around the party area at central Kuta and Legian) but they refused and insisted to stay on in the hotel. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience that you and your family went through during your stay. In future, I shall consider to apply uncompromising approach to expel such annoying guests from the hotel when similar incident happens again.

Despite the inconvenience from other guests as you mentioned earlier, I thank you very much for your positive feedbacks in your messages about our spa services & value, improvement with our Reception staff, the waiters (even the young trainee) for their friendliness, and the housekeeping team for the room cleanliness & personal attention. Again, thank you for giving the hotel a 2nd chance to host you recently; and hopefully we will be given another opportunity to be of service again on your next Bali holidays.
