I have now visited the Courtyard in Nusa Dua three times. Each time I have stayed the hotel has evolved from, just being built, to the trees and gardens looking very established. I love it here. It's a very quiet area.

Blue taxi's are available for a drive into Kuta or Seminyak if you want a day shopping.

Marriott Courtyard Bali is an excellent hotel. New, clean, friendly staffs, good facilities, strong security and my b/f couldn't stop prasing the breakfast they provide. It's near the shop, close to restaurants. It's for the hotel that we go back for if we were to go to Bali again. Too good for value. We stayed 3 nights in a pool view room, near the pool bar. We get free live entertainment fr the bar every night. Recommendations...1) is to have the beach clean up early for guest to arrive. Beach is not so inviting with the ugly sight of sea grasses on the beach. 2) To have the rooms to be more sound proof. Too much noise from corridor and upstairs. Irritating sound fr guest pulling chairs in the upper room. Disturbing my sleep.

The service given by the front desk staff, manager, restaurant employees, and cleaning crew was the best I have ever had, and I am hard to please and have high expectations. Even the bomb sniffing security dog, had great service as I had accidentally stepped on its tail when walking in and s/he didn't even bark.

I had a minor problem with the air conditioning not performing as it should, but it was quickly fixed beyond my expectations. This property is a beautiful resort, and not your typical U.S. courtyard. It is new and pretty with lots of of plants and a huge pool area. Also I don't know how they accomplish it, but there where NO MOSQUITOES anywhere.

We stayed at the Couryard Marriot in january 2012. Very good hotel and excellent value for money.
Its not a beachfront property but the nice swimming pool in the Hotel probably makes up for that.
Good buffet breakfast - will satisfy most food buffs
