This was our 2nd visit to Novotel Nusa Dua, and it won't be the last. The apartments are great with children, we can put them to bed and order food and eat in comfort. The kids club is excellent, we checked out all the others in Nusa Dua apart from Club Med and didn't find any better. The spa is great too, and the gym and fitness classes. Since on the edge of Nusa Dua you can get genuine Bali prices out the back door or the sanitised version out the front - perfect. The conenience store and ATM on site are great as well as the Pause Cafe - lovely bread and cakes. Top marks to the Novotel.

It was noisy with young kids and adults shouting n screaming in the pool area early in the morning. Service was pretty slow at the pool side. We have to wait for about half an hour for our drinks and food.
Hairdryer was missing from our room and we have to ask for it. No body lotion cream which should be standard at other Novotel hotels I have stayed in Australia. I have to ask for our coffee and tea bags to be refilled. All these services should be standard.
My friend's king suite room has a damp wood odour smell. They have to buy a fragrant candle to freshen up the room and musk the odour. Some drunken youngsters were making a lot of noise around 2am waking us up.
I wish the staffs should have a more general knowledge about its surrounding areas outside of the hotel. Also the hotel should provide a better shuttle service to Bali Connection. If you can't get on the bus due to maximum capacity being reached, you were told to wait for an hour for the next ride. there was an irate couples when told they have to wait for an hour after they couldn't get on and have waited for the bus. . . .

My husband and my two children and I stayed at this resort for 7 nights in a two bedroom pool villa. Absolutely beautiful. My husband got a quite sick from Dengue Fever nothing to do with the hotel.
I cannot speak more highly of all the staff at the resort who from the beginning made us feel so welcome and especially when my husband was hospitalized and I had to stay there with my children going to and from the hotel to visit him twice a day.
Miss Eka from the front desk went over and beyond for me assisting me with my husband and helping me as she knew I was quite upset. I hope this message gets passed on to her because without her assistance and kindness to my children and I the situation could of got a lot worse.
Also another fantastic staff member I encountered was Dian from the kids club who also made my children feel so welcome and provided them with lots of activities to take their mind off their dad being in hospital. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and I knew the children were always safe in the care of the kids club. Thank you DIan!!!!
All in all it's a absolutely beautiful hotel and the small minor issues that people choose to write about on here are so minor in comparison to the fantastic customer service and kindness the guests are given. We stayed in three hotels over three weeks and this hotel was by far the best.
My children would like to say a special hello to Miss Dian and the girls from the kids club , Pria has missed you all so much.
