Last year we went to Fiji and can say that the kids club here is 100% better. My children could have stayed there the whole holiday. We had a 3 bedroom and there was plenty of room even with a trundle bed in one of the rooms. The hotel is due for an update, which was starting when we were there. Transport is easy either the free bus or a taxi outside the gate we paid 25 to sanur but the blue taxis are cheaper again 13.

The food was good and the massage is wonderful.

We booked a two bedroom suite, which was lovely and spacious, including a kitchen and large living area. Beds were very comfy, breakfast was very good, one free evening meal included which was very nice too. Staff nice, kids enjoyed kids club, we enjoyed massage!! Nice pool area, only drawback is the location - on by pass and too far to walk anywhere, we hired a car - underground free parking included, free wi-fi and laundrette on premises which was a bonus.
Some good restaurants in Sanur and shops so all in all dont think you will be dissappointed!!

My family of 2 adults and 6 kids (15, 14, 11, 11, 6 and 5) really enjoyed our stay at the Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites. We stayed in the 3 bedroom loft suite with two extra beds for US$270 per night. The room was incredibly spacious and the loft room was an excellent retreat for us parents. The three bathrooms were invaluable! The room also featured a kitchen and a fresh water tank. Our large balcony overlooked the main pool which is large and was never overcrowded. It was always easy to get a deckchair. There are two children's pools - one with a waterside which the kids loved. We didn't use the kids club but it looked like a lot of fun. The restaurant serves good food and the buffet breakfast is excellent. The hotel offers breakfast deals (for example, 14 breakfasts for the price of 8 for IDR880k for adults and IDR440k for kids). The hotel is located on the busy Ngurah-Rai By-Pass but, from the rooms and pool, you'd never know. The hotel is not convenient to the beach and main part of Sanur but the hotel offers a free shuttle to Sanur and a Kuta shuttle for IDR12k per person. We hired one of the hotel drivers (Mamu) for the week which worked well and was very economical. Mamu was fantastic (and very patient!). All the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous.

Prior to departure, I noticed some mixed reviews on this hotel. Personally, I couldn't fault it for families. I certainly recommend it.

This hotel is mostly advertised as "close to the beach". if you enjoy a 15 minute walk then that is O.K. , but if you have a family then the beach is a more than a short walk away.
The rooms were spacious and clean and the service was friendly but the standard of food was only average. The lenght of time to get a meal or drink was slow considering for most of the time there were not a lot of people around the bar and restaurant.
Because this is a family orientated hotel,(a good childrens club and childrens activities are well planned), there were a lot of families staying there, so if you are looking for a quiet hotel near Sanur beach then this is not for you.
