“BEST on every hospitality aspects.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 February 2012

It's the best valued hotel in UBUD. BEST means they are truly the best. Lol. Their hospitality is good, i think it's the CLEANEST hotel in Bali. Although the room wasnt new, but they clean. Superb clean. The staffs were super nice. The ambiance is what we expect. Perfect!!! All the reviews below is all what i feel also. Definitely will come back if i got the room in the date i travel. So hard to booked :)

Room Tip: Every room got their own view. Good luck in choosing.

“Villa Sesapi”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 February 2012

We loved our 7 night stay in Villa Sesapi - it was perfect for our family of four. Initially we had looked at booking upstairs and downstairs but soon realised the downstairs area would offer plenty of room for us all. The main bedroom is large with a king bed and single daybed. They put a second bed in our room and there was still plenty of space for us all. The bathroom was enormous as was the shower with plenty of cupboard/storage space too. The kitchenette was fine for our requirements as we ate out mostly, but we did appreciate the mid sized fridge for all our stocks and the water dispenser. There was a TV in the bedroom but not the living room which really wasn't a problem. The power points were a bit of a nuisance as our adapters and the hotels rarely worked so the laptop, camera, ipod etc were randomly charged at times when there was proper connection. This became increasingly frustrating towards the end of our 7 days, as there seemed no solution. The villas are located some distance from the main hotel but we really had no need to use the resorts facilities or even venture that way. They are in an excellent location at the closer end of Monkey Forest Road. We had some problems with the kids getting bitten by mosquitos at night, despite having coils and spraying. The staff did their best but we just couldn't get rid of them. The pool was clean and refreshing although a little cool for me. We ordered in room dining a few times and it was always very good. We also ate breakfast in their restaurant at the front of Monkey Forest Road and the service and food was always excellent. The staff at this resort are really what makes this place work so well. Everyone from grounds staff to cleaners, food and beverage staff, housekeepers - everyone offered a smile and hello. Every request was attended to immediately and I really can't find fault with anything and would happily recommend this property and hope to return one day.

“tranquil setting.. impeccable service..”

Stayed here in Feb, in a super deluxe room upper level. Nothing to fault - friendly staff, food served to room upon request, complimentary car service within Ubud, all adds to a very relaxed stay in TS.
Large room with outside area overlooking rice fields, picture perfect scenery. Room comes with mosquito coils and plug-in repellent; and a very useful multi-plug adapter.

Room Tip: Steps to upper level are steep

“Terrific value and great location if you want to do yoga at the Yoga Barn”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

This is a small, family owned and operated hotel in Ubud. It had been recommended to me by friends who stayed here for a 2 week visit a few years ago, and I planned to stay for 3-4 nights while in Ubud taking yoga at the Yoga Barn, which is only a 5-10 min away on foot.

There was a mix up with my reservation, which meant I could only stay one night rather than the 3 previously confirmed. However, their staff was gracious about trying to help me find an alternative close by for the other few nights.

My room was much nicer than I expected and the setting amidst the rice paddies and close to the Yoga Barn and other cafes and restaurants was great. Be sure to ask for a room facing away from the main road, since it’ll help tap down the noise from the street and you’ll get to face rice paddies rather than the back side of restaurants.

The $10 hour-long massage is well worth it. I had one that was excellent.
