Nefatari was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Bali. When we came, we couldnt ask for better staffs since they respected our privacy and had a very good conversation with me about the tradition of the Balinese people. The guys who brought our baggages were a bit shocked when we gave them the tips. Guess they are really polite and honest.
We stayed for 4 nights and was really amayed when we saw the room. We really love the private pool and also the complimentary snacks and drinks that they provide inside the refrigerator (pssst they refill them everyday).

We used the shuttle service quite a lot and the service was the best. We never waited for more than 5 minutes to wait them to pick us up!! Thumbs! They also make up the room everytime we're outside the room. We went out for breakfast and the room and private pool are already cleaned and made up! Perfect! Also applied when we went out for dinner. The bedroom also cleaned.

What is quite funny was the fact that Nefatari is located near the forest and real nature so in the middle of the night (3 AM) two geckos were inside of our room and start shouting. I couldnt continue to sleep since they are so big and i am just afraid. I believe this is not Nefatari's fault since I always hear this gecko shouting in almost every place in Bali.

Comfort Place to stay, very clean both @ bedroom and bathroom, complimentary dinner and spa is best things. the dinner is set very romantic beside the pool. My romantic valentine dinner is very romantic full of candle and flower. i very enjoyed my 3 night valentine honeymoon at Nefatari. the food is also good. everything about this villa is perfect. i want to back to Nefatari as soon as possible. the service is good also. they treat us like friend. PErfect perfect and perfect.

Rooms: We stayed at the villa for 2 days for our honeymoon. We had booked the one bedroom villa, but were given the 2 bedroom villa because of lack of availability. Everything about the villa is great - we had a complimentary spa as part of the package and it was exceptional. The perfect way to get rid of the tiredness post your wedding. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. We liked the whole open bathroom feel there was, and the beds were very comfortable and grand looking. The pool is cleaned regularly, and was perfect for our stay.
Food: The romantic dinner for two as part of the package was not that great because they set it up in the villa porch itself, and it's a pre decided menu which they keep bringing in from time to time. I liked the whole candle lighting across the swimming pool, but probably had higher expectations of it. The cake had gone bad, and we returned it (apparently they get it from the shops in Ubud). We were hoping to get another, but didn't. The breakfast is very good, and the biscuits and drinks are quite well stocked in the room (for free!).
Location: The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Ubud market, airport and neighbouring areas. We found it extremely helpful. On our way to our second hotel, the hotel called the driver and let us know that we had forgotten something in the room. Two very sweet staff members rode a scooter and delivered it to us on our way. I think it's the best gesture I've ever seen from a hotel!!!

Our family of 4, 3adults and 1 child had the pleasure of staying in Villa Pachat for 3 nights.
The 2 bedroom villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The pool was a great size and provided heaps of enjoyment for our granddaughter.
The staff were most respectful of our privacy and the villa was serviced twice a day without us ever being intruded upon!!
The transport to and from Ubud itself was amazing, always available and very prompt. The drivers always courteous and by Bali standards!!
I would certainly recommend Nefatari Villas to anyone I knew going to Bali as a relaxing and indulgent place to stay at a most reasonable price.
Thanks to all the staff who made us so very welcome, we hope to one day visit again.
