I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights... Room was pretty big n comfortable but bathroom little bit small... Morning breakfast had lots of different foods from continental to local food... so satisfied with that... room service not so fast in service... one problem which i face with the room that there very less charging point... Overall my stay was good...

I was at the hotel for several times, with the previous visit to be my last: I was given room at 2fl right overlooking the front yard, very close to the main road. since it was during weekend when Bandung was crowded by the usual weekend tourist, the noise was just unbearable.
If you cannot get rooms at the back of the hotel, or at higher floor, you may want to reconsider.

Others: service, food, etc are above average. Location is prime, very close to the FO shops and culinary point of interest.

The hotel's location right smack in Jalan Riau is simply the best spot for the happy shopper looking for best bargains in Bandung

Located at the end of famous Jalan Riau, the hotel offers a great start for shoppers to merrily shop from one end to the another of the road and within stone's throw of the famous outlets like The Summit, Heritage, Terminal TAS, The Stamp etc.

Also, the hotel is just a short taxi ride from Jalan Dago outlets, Cihampelas Walk, Paris van Java Mall & Rumah Mode, making this hotel very convenient indeed!

Expect prompt and courteous staff, clean modern looking rooms for a locale is a heaven-sent for outlet shoppers :)

Stayed for 4 nights from 13th to 16th December 2011 in the grand room (2 storey - twn beds on the 1st floor and double on upper)...rather unique. We check in at night and found that the room was rather stuffy. Aircon didn't seem to be working properly initially but after a phone call it was fine. Comfortable beds and furniture were quite new. The lighting was quite inadequate...very dim. More lights will do good. Bathroom is quite small but quite ok and comfy.
Location is great, near to many Factory Outlets - Summit, Secret, For Men (good shopping place).
Breakfast is quite good...quite a spread of varieties.
Service is simply ok...there was shortage of towels on my 3rd night. We called to make a request and the staff came personally to explain...so my kids had to share. Other than that day, everything was fine.
