Stayed for 4 nights. Good service, good food... not so bad at all BUT far from shopping centres! Have to take cab everytime when want to go shopping. It's also far to go Jln Dago (where many factory outlets) or Rumah Mode. It is good for those who go Bandung to relax. (not shopping). Swimming pool is not big. There are 3 lifts but not co-ordinate at all. Take longer time to go down or up!! Overall, it is OK to say it's a four star hotel..... :)

we stayed for three nights and we had a free upgrade to executive suite. Great buffet spread. Nice view from our room. Horse riding rides for kids on sunday. Wifi is decent. Average waiting time for the lift.

We stayed for one night during Eid-Al Fitr Holiday, we got surprised that we may have early check in at 11.30 am, moreover the room rate is quite fair rather than others, we even got double superior room which so meaningful to us with 2 young children (age 8 and 10),no need to sleep tight each other since there were 2 medium size beds in the room. On the evening we tried their promotion dinner package in the Chinese restaurant , It was really cheap but delicious, only idr 20.000 for kinds of hot plate, so we had choose 2 kinds of menu, beef hotplate and seafood with vegetables hotplate and 2 bowl of rice, less than idr 60.000 for all, so amazing, especially during peak season they still can offer special discount for their guest. This hotel really appreciate their guest! For sure, we will come again next time..

Since Bandung isn't that far from Jakarta, we planned to do a family getaway and wanted to stay at an average, clean for sure and definitely budgeted not more than $30 / night. We managed to find this hotel, a turn-out-to-be a 4 star hotel / apartment...and price is indeed around my budget. We booked for the Junior Suite and is upgraded to Family Suite, the room is spacious, it has living / dining room and clean most important! Buffet breakfast is ok. However location is a bit far to city centre, about 10-15 minutes to the closest area in Dago and about 30 minutes to the Shopping area around Aceh / Riau street...anyhow would definitely comeback if our family go to Bandung again for weekend getaway
