This is a nice hotel, situated about a 30 mins cab ride ( depending on traffic ) from Surbaya airport. Cost = approx 100,000.00 rupiah using tolls.
The room i had was standard, reasonable sized with a good bed, decent pillows and a shower that produced plenty of hot water and pressure. Each day the room was cleaned well and a good supply of ammenities including, toothbrush, paste, cotton buds etc. Plenty of bottled water for brushing teeth and an in room fridge to keep things cool. The room service and breakfast staff were excellent and very attentive. The hotel has a pool, spa, gym and cafe.
The room was missing an iron, those work shirts never come out of the suitace good enough to wear so could have done with that.
I stayed for 6 nights and had one complaint and that was the constant phone calls i would get. Three mornings and evenings in a row starting from 5:30am along the lines of ": hello,are you coming down for breakfast?" "when will you come down for breakfast?" " what is your facebook I.D?" "What are you doing"? these strange calls from reception i assume would either wake me in the morning or wake me as i was trying to go to sleep. I never did work out who it was or what their intention was but very annoying.
Nice hotel otherwise and the lovely lady who greeted me every morning at breakfast would always use my name which was a nice personal touch. I will be back.
