The hotel room was fairly clean, although the size of the room is quite small. Being in a strategic location, close to the Tunjungan Plaza Mall. In this area easy to find food vendors and restaurants. Like the reviews of other visitors, I chose the lower floor, so the music from the pub is not heard from the room. Given the fairly small room, better not carry that much stuff when staying at this hotel. The hotel also has a friendly staff. The beds and bathrooms kept clean.

At this time I have no complain for this hotel. room and staffs are good. but guests in another rooms - i think they are in a group - are noisy. I don't like the breakfast menu.

The location of this hotel is extremely good. This hotel is suitable for short trip especially if you want to have a city tour since the hotel is very close to shopping center and main city.

The room quite sufficient for short trip traveler (not too spacious and no windows). Don't bring a big suitcase otherwise you will disappoint because they don't even have a wardrobe. Fortunately, the room was clean and comfort. The bathroom also clean. But don't stay with your colleagues, the bathroom have curtain that not close properly. It feel a bit discomfort for some people.

The worst thing from this hotel was breakfast. They serve bread and rice (cold and hard) with 1 choice of vegetable & meat. I prefer buy some fast food for breakfast or have it in the place around the hotel. Overall the service was ok except the breakfast.

Only down side is there was no mini bar!

Other than that, all good.
