the hotel looked new and well maintained.
Lobby was spacious and clean. I didnt go through the check in process cause i was in a group, so someone have already checked-in our room.

room was adequate. no carpet, simple toiletries, hot water was working, although area wise its not too big, but its enough.
the odd thing about the bathroom is, there was no door or even a curtain in the shower area. so the water from the shower was splashing all over the place.

bfast ends at 10, a bit faster than most hotel which usually offers bfast till 11ish.
variety was quite nice, but lots of bugs in the juice area, and no one attend to it. a bit grossed out so i just ate the porridge which was quite nice.

they didnt provide and even the room service dont have any iron, so you need to pay for laundry services.

another thing was the location. im not an expert on Surabaya area, but since traffic was not that bad, although this is not i the CBD area location was not to complain about.

all in all its not that bad of a hotel. you get what you pay. so i gave them 4 stars.

Santika Jemursari is one of the property owned by Santika new group. This hotel open about a year ago. Jemursari located in the SIER area, about 15 minutes from the airport juanda (if you pass the toll road), or about 30 minutes if it does not pass through the toll road.

Because this hotel is intended for the businessman, the hotel is only providing the two types of room, deluxe and executive rooms. distinguishing the two is slightly more spacious executive rooms when compared to the deluxe room. however in general booth rooms had the same room settings. although the hotel is relatively new, when I stay there are some cracks in the walls of the room.

This hotel restaurant provides a buffet for dinner with a variety of start menu varied menu of traditional Indonesia, western menu, up to Japanese cuisine. suitable for entertaining business associates.
