The bed sheet were stained. The bath towels were in tone of grey. The room and furnitures are run down. The shower is not working well. The toothbrush provided was of the worst quality. Handphone reception in the room was bad. Except for the size of the room, everything seems to be wrong.

Old carpet in room dirty, stained and bad smell. No internet in room. Lights in room not good for reading.
For a "french hotel" , breakfast mostly for asian and not for european (bread selection everyday same, and not fresh.

i stayed @ Novotel , Surabaya for 5 nights , really i feel like home .
I found the hotel very clean , the staff very polite and restaurent staff also very friendly ,
The hotel service is very good , i found the sauna , gym and spa in good condition ...I want to mention specialy the front office staff and restaurent satff because they provide invaluble service as well as great hospitality !!
I wish i could visit again Novotel Surabaya hotel in next year !!
I recomend this hotel for anybody ...if you need a good relaxing holiday , choose Novotel Surabaya.
Finally would like to thank all the staff and management in Novotel Surabaya , for making my stay memorable and enjoyable !!
