“horibble receptionist&uncomfortable room”

before i came,I've made reservation and said should check in at 9 AM because i have some event to attend..and the reservation clerk it is possible for us.but then when i came they said our room didn't prepared yet . we should wait for 2 hours and make me late attend the event!! what a bad service...the room was old and the furniture rusty. the bathroom and ac wasn't good to see and use!!! the breakfast and the waiters just the same,bitter and horrible.the location was good cause just 3 minutes walking to Tunjungan Plaza.i suggest u to stay Hotel Tunjungan than weta or simpang@!

“nice location but terrible hot room with free cockroach”

it was my first time in Surabaya, and stayed for 5 nights and the hotel actual cheap , not the price they stated in the net ,unfortunately ,my room aircon dont work , ask for maintainance personel , but not one show up for the room ,my patience tolerate for about three nights , on the fourth day ,the heat with out sleep , force me to shout in the front desk and complain, and suddenly they listen and change me to a cooler room ( room where the aircon actually is cool).

Not bad for the morning breakfast,quite evening , very near the biggest mall in surabaya , location is not bad , trust me, but the service well ... ah yes roach several of them ,
