“MERCURE DARMO SURABAYA”

- Service and very good service, even from now on foot out of the car,
Pls and he reached the front office has been greeted with a welcome drink.
- For the good of the front office manager-father-pelawi business can upgrade
from superior to deluxe rooms. thank you sir pelawi; all officers in
front office is very friendly.
- Beyond expectations, Pls it Entered the room, is readily available fruit,
dikirimi afternoon and a very delicious piece of cake.

“Room service is different”

My friend was also staying there with the price and type of the same room with me, and she got a parcel of fruit and cakes in her room. But I did not get it. I wonder why the service different? I just found out after we check out from the hotel.

“Very nice overall....”

Great value for money...and friendly service and staff. Nice to have a swimming pool there too. Rooms were very clean and bathroom shower was fantastic with good water pressure. We tried the restaurant below (main one...can't remember the name anymore...not the Japanese nor Chinese ones) and the pizzas were decent. Prices were very reasonable though.
