for 3 star hotel, bisanta one of the best in surabaya. All the staff friendly and nice. Room service excellent.

A charming hotel service and staff were pleasant, although there should be some rejuvenation, especially on television and pillows, so bisanta will be more better

It's an affordable 3stars hotel either for business or leisure. 30 mins to Juanda airport. 20mins walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza (shopping complex) or u can take a ride on the trishaw that cost only Rp5000. Hotels and rooms facilities are very satisfying. They have coffe/tea maker,mini bar,hair dryer,iron (upon request),safe deposit box,satellite TV (lots of channels),Wi-Fi access,spa and most important for me is bath tub. If u dont bring your laptop u are free to use their computers 24hrs in a closed area located at the ground floor. (really makes me feel at home). They have live band performing/entertaining at the coffeehse every night. U can even sing if u want. Otherwise u can choose to be in the karaoke room which is more privacy. No extra charge other than the food and drinks u ordered. (I enjoyed this one). The breakfast buffet spread is not bad. They have continental and local foods. Quite tasty too. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Blue Bird taxi is always available infront of the hotel.
U can also find rows of hawkers/food stalls along the road just outside the hotel. There are also a chinese food restaurant and a seafood restaurant nearby.
I really enjoyed my stay here even though i didn't go to any of the places of interest or do any shoppings. But i had a peace of mind.
