Checking into my 'room' was a very pleasant surprise - we were shuttled to our quarters by a small motorised vehicle. Each unit actually consists of an individual chalet with two levels - as one enters, there is a small narrow sitting area. Going up the stairs, I was surprised to see a huge bedroom - furnished like it is with many Asian hotels - in dark wood. I called for room service - food was excellent. In-room massage and spa facilities are also available at an additional price. There was also a complimentary shuttle service to a nearby shopping mall.

“Good quiet place to stay”
Good hotel, good and professional staff. Very helpful. Clean and quiet room. Good Restaurant. Very good value for money.

“NICE PLACE TO STAY”
Its so quiet at surrounding but u have a privacy advantages, your room are within walking distance to the lobby area. Unfortunate, there are a broadband internet service but limited to the lobby area.

“This was a cosy and safe place to stay in”
The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the rooms too, felt cosy. Some of the staff were quite proficient in English, which makes communicating easier. The hotel restaurant food was quite nice. Should try the chicken steak. If you are short of indonesian rupiah, can change at the hotel although rate isn't too good. if you need the internet, you can rent the pc facility. nice swimming pool. the hotel seems to be mostly occupied by business travellers, quiet and undisturbed surroundings.however, not near shopping centres, cabdrive takes 20mins to reach tunjungan plaza. overall, feels like a high-class chalet :D
