Awesome place for families where parents are as adventureous as their kids are. Our experience (family with kids 12, 8 & 5 years old, 4D3N) was absolutely happy and we surely will come there again.
Few bits of advice. Ideal age to fully enjoy the place starts from about 10+. Staff takes all possible effort to help younger kids and kids are happy, yet the experience for teenagers is more complete. Also, trip from Singapore might be fairly tiring for younger kids (1.5 hours by ferry + 1 hour by car). Ferry ride might be fairly bumpy at times, so might be wise to take sea sickness pills beforehand. There are no shops nearby, so whatever extras you might need (snacks, etc.) better get them at the ferry terminal in Singapore. As the place is all about outdoor activities, it depends on weather, and it might be wise to prepare something to entertain the family indoors if it rains.
Food is all good, fish is clearly the best. Our preferences about less spicy food for younger kids were taken into account. Beware, very difficult to lose weight there, despite all the activities!
From all the activities everyone's favorite was boom net trip. Verbal description fails to describe how much fun it is. I honestly didn't expect that it will be so much fun for me too – but it was! My other favorites were sailing (they have Toppers), archery and rock climbing.
Be prepared that kids will want to stay there, and come there again!
ps. And it was awesome to wake up at sunrise because fishes were splashing loudly just underneath the house.
