Good: 
Great clean room, bathroom and private terrace. Nice clean pool. Peacefull and quiet. Friendly staff and good service. Free daytrips. Fair but a bit pricy restaurant. 
Bad: 
Muddy black beach and shallow water. Very remote location makes you dependant on hotel's pricy tranportation and restaurant, which shuts down at 9 pm (no bar).

We found exactly what we were looking for ~ peace & quiet retreat for 8 nights in an air-conditioned Deluxe Villa with our own verandah, hot/cold running water, long bath, separate shower and toilet stalls. The resort with its swimming pool is next to the Andaman Sea. The deserted endless beach provides good walking exercises in the early mornings and evenings. We made use of the bicycles provided gratis for our afternoon rides around the village. Thai massage & spa services are available with prior bookings at reasonable rates. Thrice a week the management arranged gratis trips to the Emerald Pool & Waterfall, Steam Stream, Krabi Town & Temple and Au Nang Beach. We rented a small car from Budget and roamed the surrounding countryside. All the staff at this resort are extremely friendly and ever ready to assist in whatever. We will certainly re-visit.

I fully recommend the ocean view room. Has it's own pool and a great view. Staff are very friendly.

This place is very isolated so great for an unwind. Trips to the waterfalls are fantastic too.

We spent 3 days in Nantra Deluxe Resort at a pool villa.

First we would recommend the resort because of helpful and fine English speaking staff. The reception was especially practical and eith very good English (special thanks to property manager). Secondly the villa was superb with its view and peacefulness!

Third we would recommend to take exactly pool villa- if You look for private sunbathing area, private pool and romantic bathroom.
