Simple hotel with a great location. The rooms are basic but immaculately clean & there are many nice touches everywhere you look. Other than the morning aerobics class, it is quiet & I slept very well. Khun Atchara is helpful and welcoming & her mother might give the best hugs in Thailand!

@Krabi Pura is definitely Value for Money with no regrets! It is not just a budget hotel but family friendly and centrally located in the vicinity of shops, night market & small eateries, close to Maharat Road. Our extended family truly enjoyed our night's stay here.

1) Rooms are really clean
2) Friendly and helpful owner
3) Nice balcony whereby we have our improvised breakfast meal and tea breaks
4) In the vicinity of shops, night market & small eateries

Although toilet/bathroom is very basic but is clean and still acceptable. I definitely will recommend @KrabiPura for those who wish to stopover in Krabi Town & on budget travel.

Immaculately clean Room (you could eat off the floors), good central location (the bus to AO Nang stops in front of hotel) and tasty breakfast. Only negative would be If you're a light sleeper than you'll be up for sure at 6am to the women's tai chi class chanting and singing in the parking lot adjacent to your window. However this is easily remedied with a couple of Changs before bedtime.

Just returned from an enjoyble 3 days stay. Amiable owner and family. Atchara has her own travel agency so can organise any trip at competitive prices hence, saves a lot of hastle having to walk around in the heat for another travel agency. We did a 2 hour morning river cruise trip at the cost of THB800. Very clean room with great view of the Bay with plus plus for cleaniless. As one past reviewer said, "it is so clean that you can eat of the floor" I can second that ! Remember that it is only a guesthouse so the rooms are functional . But they have provided 2 sitting areas and a balcony for relaxing. The air - con and hot water works well. There is wi-fi in the room and also 2 computers at the reception area if you did not bring your laptop.
The location is central.There is a great market 8 minutes away that sells fruits and cooked food( in the evening) and also many Thai eateries around the block,. . We ate at a Thai seafood restaurant just down the road and it was very good at Thai and not tourist prices.(ask Atchara as I cannot remember the Thai name). The seafood was ultra fresh and we did not fall ill. There is nothing worse than getting food poisoning during travels.
The local mini bus that goes to Ao Nang, the beach town passes right infront of the guesthouse half hourly.
From Ao Nang, one can hop to the Railay beaches on a long tail boat at THB100 o/way.
Other reviewers have written about the early morning "noise" i.e. Police March Pass.
I am one of the world's worst light sleeper . So if anyone is like me, just bring ear plugs but if you are like my other half who is the norm, you will be fine, he slept like a log !!
So, if you would like to experience a bit of Thai ambience, do stay in Krabi town and do stay in this guesthouse.
