My experience at this hotel was fantastic. Firstly, the staff was nothing but awesome. They were friendly and very accommodating. When we needed a cab for friends at 3 AM they called a safe cab for us. Then, the kitchen staff of the restaurant was so overly helpful when we needed assistance with opening beer bottles that we were drinking in our room. Our room was spacious and clean, as we had the pool view room. We were even so close to the pool! It also was a fine walking distance from Bangla Road and just so close to the beach. I was initially worried with the reviews I was reading since I am from the US but I can't believe I was skeptical about booking this hotel. I will definitely book this hotel when I go back!

Room tip: Get the Pool View room

Beautiful place, lovely people, perfect location.
The room was great, breakfast was really great.
Beach is across the road, the restaurant and breakfast area looks onto to the beach, feels like you are eating on the beach, the food was fantastic.
We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it, would stay here again for sure. The only negative (& its tiny) is that the view from the balcony was not great, but we didnt spend time on the balcony much so it was fine.

Room tip: Choose a room that has a pool view, nicer to look out to instead of buildings.

We stayed from the 8-11 of August 2014, we arrived at the Hotel around 1145am and there wasn't many guests at the reception area, our registration procedure was very smooth, staff that was attending to us was very friendly and helpful. We were told to come back at around 1230nn as our room is not ready.

The hotel lobby is very spacious, around the corner there is a self service drink machine (water and some syrup drink) which is free for guest, next to the entrance of the lobby there is a tour desk, where you can book your tours. Across the reception area you can see the swimming pool which is big, next to the reception is the open concept gymnasium, so when you excerzise everyone can see you.

Our room was the Delxue Pool Access, it's on level 1, our room was also very spacious and tidy. As for the Bathroom, there is no bath tub and we also find that the lighting is our room is a bit dark especially at night. More light are needed!! Room amenities such as pool and bedroom slippers are there, but they are not for you to bring home. It's chargeable! They have pool towels, bathroom towels, beach bag in the room for you to use as well. Safe in wardrobe is available too.

At night it gets a bit noisy, music from the bars can be heard from our room and don't be surprise that there are guests swimming at night till as late as 12midnight. But we were so tired from the day activities from snorkeling and diving, we soon fall asleep with the noise :))

I read about the breakfast reviews on trip advisor but to my surprise it's nothing to awe about, it's decent I would say, two things for sure the coffee is good and the view of Patong beach from the restaurant is beautiful.

We also realized that the Hotel has 2 entrance, one of them is the Patong beach entrance and the other was on the other side where the reception is...both will connect you to you room. Our Hotel overall experience was ok, we have been to Phuket many times, but this was the first we stayed on Patong Beach.

We have stayed at other Hotels on other parts of Phuket which we are going to do so...on our next trip back to Phuket :))

Didn't stay at the hotel but it looked stunning. Had dinner there and the atmosphere was great, wonderful live band and the biggest juiciest lobster I've ever eaten, it didn't even fit on the plate. Pricey but worth it
